The 3PrimeG is a small gradient thermal cycler that builds on all the features of the 3PrimeX instrument. The 48 well block format offers eight columns for annealing temperature optimization and six rows for optimizing reagents such as MgCl2 and primer concentrations. Annealing temperatures can be optimized over 14°C between temperatures 30°C to 80°C.
The gradient calculator function displays the temperature for each of the eight columns, ensuring easy replication of thermal conditions.
Our offered range of Gradient Thermal Cycler works on a maximum gradient of 14-degrees Celcius with a lid pressure with an adjustable, dependent on consumables. The data transfer happens through USB Port. the offered height is 6 KG with the power consumption of 155 W and voltage of 100-230V and 50-60Hz.
